I need a IT system that i can depend on to be able to work and communicate with my customers who are based around the world. I receive 200 emails a day and I need reliability from my IT equipment and systems. I was badly let down by a well known, large high street IT retailer recently where I had spent a lot of money on a laptop that failed within two months. The retailer would not deal with my problem in store; I needed to arrange to meet a courier who took my laptop away to be repaired. The retailer provided no progress updates on the repair and only after it could not fix my laptop after one month was I offered a refund, which then took two weeks for them to send me a cheque. In the meantime I went to ACS who built me a laptop to a high specification within 24 hours, enabling me to continue to work without impacting my ability to earn revenue. This laptop from ACS was almost half the price and twice the spec of the one I had bought elsewhere only two months before. Should I ever have any issues with the new laptop, I know Carl will be able to fix the problem, in store within a day. As a start-up company, the last thing I need to worry about is a problem with my IT equipment and thanks to ACS I have enjoyed robust and reliable service, which has allowed me to concentrate on running my business. I will be buying all of our IT equipment from ACS in the future.
When I have had any technical queries ACS has provided prompt and accurate advice and guidance, often out of business hours. ACS' knowledge and experience was invaluable during the design of our website.
